Provider

Services are provided by Rafał Syryczyński Management (trading as RS Management), ul. Konstancińska 2/102, 02-942 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5213714594. Contact: contact@rsmanagement.ai.

Editorial responsibility for content published on the blog rests with the Service Provider named above. We use artificial intelligence tools when preparing posts, for research and an initial draft. Every text is fact-checked and edited by a human before publication, and the published version is not subject to further automated changes.

Services

RS Management provides AI and GenAI advisory, workshops, AI Act readiness assessments, automation planning and custom AI delivery. Exact scope, schedule and deliverables are confirmed before work starts.

Prices and Taxes

Prices in the price list are net of VAT. For clients settled in Poland, Polish VAT at 23% is added to the net price, and the amount payable is the net price increased by that tax. Prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and invoiced in PLN. The English offer is addressed to business customers.

EU business clients outside Poland holding an active VAT-EU number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism after validation of that number, so no Polish VAT is added and the net price is the amount payable. Services for clients outside the European Union are treated according to the applicable Polish VAT rules.

Orders are placed after direct contact: scope, dates and price are confirmed in a quotation and settled by invoice. The website does not sell online.

Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer to the account and within the term stated on the invoice. The website does not process online payments and does not store payment details.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation and refund rules may differ by package and are confirmed in the accepted offer. Packages are ordered and settled separately; an amount paid for one package is not credited toward another.

Detailed terms of an engagement, including confidentiality, rights to deliverables and the scope of liability, are set out in the Terms of Engagement attached to every quotation. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of the attached Terms.

Services Provided by Electronic Means

This website provides two services by electronic means: a contact form and call scheduling. Using them requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with TLS support and an active e-mail address; the contact form requires JavaScript. Supplying unlawful content is prohibited.

Complaints about the operation of the website or the services provided by electronic means can be sent to contact@rsmanagement.ai. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

Advisory and Legal Notice

Consulting outputs, including AI Act readiness assessments, are advisory and implementation-oriented. They support your compliance work but do not constitute legal advice and do not replace your own legal counsel. Final business, legal, compliance and tax decisions remain the client's responsibility unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. For engagements involving processing of personal data on the client's behalf, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
