RS Management has operated since 2015 and today advises on and delivers artificial intelligence.
The company is run by Rafał Syryczyński, a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an advisor with over twelve years of experience in IT projects and programmes.
Since 2022 his work has been devoted exclusively to AI, GenAI and ML, and the craft built through work with international corporations now serves large organisations, smaller companies and individual clients alike.

Beyond advisory the company designs and builds modern solutions based on AI and GenAI, among them conversational assistants, AI agents and process automation, from prototypes to production rollouts.
