Visibility audit in your specific industry

AI Visibility Scan answers one question: “Do language models mention your company when clients ask about services in its industry and region?” We check whether the company appears in the answers of the most popular large language models, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. The Scan consists of 30 purchase-intent questions and a review of brand visibility through the eyes of AI crawlers. AI Strategy is a series of interviews with the owners of key business processes, a holistic review of systems and technology and an audit of data consistency. The result is a 90-day roadmap for rolling out AI in the areas that matter most to the company, with GDPR and the EU AI Act taken into account. Every implementation step gets an owner, a risk assessment, an estimate of costs and savings as well as a specific place in the schedule. Finally, we discuss the strategic report with the Board as the basis for decisions on direction.

AI Automations & Agents is an end-to-end (E2E) delivery project. The work starts with workshops with your team, after which a project charter confirms the scope, a detailed schedule, a RACI responsibility matrix and the success criteria and measures. We build AI agents on the technology the company already uses: cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS), ERP and CRM systems, as well as BI, cybersecurity and identity management systems. Finally, we run detailed tests on real cases, and after go-live we train end users and deliver complete product documentation.

Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and net of VAT; they apply to business customers. We invoice in PLN, and EU businesses with a valid VAT-EU number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.
